The Padgett Mesa & The Valley team is passionate about helping businesses and individuals in the Mesa, AZ area succeed. My name is Jeff Struble. I am the owner of Padgett Business Advisors Mesa® Apache Junction. I have always been a dreamer, even though I didn’t know that I was a dreamer. I would ride endless miles on my bicycle and think of nothing but what could make my life better. In the early 90s, I started to formulate and write down my dreams for myself and my family.

About that same time, I heard the song that plays when you enter my website and I put the two together. Then when it was time to form a legal entity to operate under, Rhinodreams LLC was a natural name to choose. The rhinoceros is a majestic, powerful and noble animal that has no natural enemy, except humans. The rhino on the front page was drawn by my daughter, Jessica.

I have developed an overall dream that consists of what I want my life to look like and how I want to serve others. It is pretty narrow in scope but has a broad base to help me accomplish the RHINODREAM.

I would love to be able to sit down with you and talk further about what dreams I have for myself and my family. I would also like to help you to develop a dream for yourself and yours. My days often consist of just building that dream. It is a never-ending process. The day I stop is the day that I will be joining my savior, Jesus Christ, in heaven. I look forward to that day. But until that day He has a plan for me and I will be doing my best to fulfill His wishes.

Future plans for this website are to add more pages that will highlight the different endeavors I have planned, both on a personal and business level. I will also be adding a page for my kids. I am very proud of all of them. I will be showing off their work, hobbies, and hopefully fulfilled dreams.
