"I have been using Padgett Business Sytems and Jeff Struble since 2005. I run an small independent Real Estate brokerage and like a lot of small business owners, I wear a lot of hats! Accounting, taxes and payroll is one hat I do not have the desire or the time to wear, so I outsource my Accounting Department functions to Padgett. The cost is so minimal that I could not afford to do this job myself even if I wanted to, let alone learn how to do it correctly and keep up with all the changes in the tax laws! Padgett prepares a monthly statement of operations for me, which shows me business expenses and profit, enabling me to easily see what needs to happen to be more profitable. I am also provided with a list of any taxes owed with forms, instructions and mailing envelopes. All I have to do is write the check and mail it out or go to the bank.
Padgett also handles my payroll of 4 part-time employees, 3 of whom are employed by one of my top-producing agents. Padgett provides professional payroll statements for each employee and again, all I have to do is write the checks. When it comes to preparation of my annual business tax return, Padgett has all the information already and so that requires no additional work on my part. I also have Padgett do my personal income tax return which is made easy by the free planner they provide. Padgett also picks up my monthly sales information from my place of business, and delivers it back to me for no extra charge. In addition, Jeff is always available for personalized tax and financial advice which is very helpful to me. When you look at what it costs, it really is a no-brainer to outsource your Accounting Dept. and CFO function to Padgett Business Systems and Jeff Struble!"
